First I would like to thank all fellow CC's for the inspiration that has been provided via this site... I made this for my little cousin who is turning 6 and I must say at first I was a little scared.... It is a Chocolate Sponge Cake filled with a Whipped Chocolate Ganache and the frosted with a Chocolate Buttercream for the rock and Blue Vanilla Buttercream for the Ocean... Ariel's tail, fin and bustier along with all the sea creatures and the number 6 are all made using Pettinice.....
