This was a chocolate sponge filled with Chocolate chip buttercream and frosted with chocolate ganache then decorated with pettinice.... This was my very first order and the customer was wrapped even though there were a few things on the cake that I will need to practice on a little more.... Please any comments would be great.... I tried to make the balloons but the wire would not stand up properly maybe it wasn't thick enough
