I made this cake for my sister-in-law's birthday. This was also my first attempt at a two-tiered cake. One cake was amaretto and other was coffee liqueur, both with nuts on the bottom. I covered the cakes with home-made marshmallow fondant. The cakes did not come out of the pan as planned; therefore the shape of the cake was not pretty. I covered them anyway and this is the final product. May not be the prettiest, but it sure tasted good.
