A fairy tale castle, constructed with five tiers of cake covered and decorated with buttercream icing. The castle towers were made from gingerbread and covered and decorated with royal icing and pink sanding sugar. Tower cones were sugar ice cream cones iced with royal icing and covered with pink sanding sugar.
