Thanks! To get the red really dark, I use a ton of no taste red and a tiny drop of black. If you want the icing recipe, PM me 'cause I've tried to post it under these comments and it never takes.

My first thought was burning love! These are great!

I am going to try this icing recipe this weekend and make these very cookies. Can you tell me step by step how I apply the red, orange, and yellow icings and with what tools? I am assuming this icing is really easy to work with and it just goes on smooth. ??? Do I just pipe a yelow and ornage line straight across and then drag my toothpick through it accordingly to make the fire? Please advise. Nice job! Love the design for Valentine's Day!
