This is the cake I did for my second session of this class. I had a lotta fun, but I wish I would have had more time to smooth the sides better. Besides that I am pretty happy with how it turned out...I could picture this with a teddy bear or a pair of baby shoes next to it. Darn Good Chocolate Cake with PB Cookie filling and vanilla buttercream. Ribbon roses are gumpaste and the rest if fondant. TFL Any helpful comments are welcome.
