I am not super happy with this cake. An all-buttercream cake was requested and it turned out a little lumpy. I never thought I would star tip a cake again, but it seemed easier at the time. I about crippled my hand piping them on. I used a 10 round and a small oval to create the cake. I carved the round into the head shape. I hope it looks like a monkey.
