Beach scene for birthday cake. Used necco wafers around bottom along with air head candy for the seaweed. Used gummy sharks. Used gummy fruit rings as life preservers. Used teddy grahams with piped icing bikinis as people. Crushed graham crackers for sand. Had plastic trees and drink umbrella. Started with light blue icing and iced top, added more color as I iced down the cake to get color difference.
