Square Cake Cutting and Servings Guide

Per several requests to post this here, here it is. This is the guide that I created to determine how many servings per each square cake and a diagram of how I would recommend it being cut, based off IndyDebi's cutting instructions. Hope it helps!

for party cake cake servings, are you basing that on a single tier with no filling? 2" inch high? If I made two 2" cakes with filling stacked, i would use wedding cut guide for servings, right?

thanks alot.. very helpful... how much would u charge for a 2 layer 2-tier (square for 30 ppl ), fondant covered cake...i dont do too much square cake, thats why confused.. please reply..urzsana@yahoo.com
