Yes, another penguin cake but it was fun to make. This was actually for a party planned for December 18th but, because of all the snow that fell, it was postponed until today. Therefore, that is the reason a Christmas cake was made in January. It is a white cake with raspberries and bavarian cream as a filling. All decorations are fondant and it is iced with buttercream. The pond is piping gel tinted blue. Trees are mini ice cream cones decorated with RI and dusted with icing sugar. TFL.
