8" SMBC b-day, torted layers & filled with cherry filling, sandwiched between a generous layer of whipped Chocolate Ganache, iced in Swiss Merinque Vanilla Buttercream, and piped in same SMBC. (the few roses on are buttercream). Lovely cake.
