I made this for my brother's 41 birthday which is New Year's Day,but I surprised him and made it for Christmas dinner's dessert. A 9 inch carved octagon,Chocolate WASC with 1 filling layer of cherry filling and 2 of bettercream(Black Forest style) Fondant logo,painted dowels with food coloring and used fabric netting.
