Hi! This is a 2 tier white cake with pink sprinkles inside with a twinkie like filling. The frosting is all buttercream as well as the roses and leaves. The pearls are fondant which I colored with pink and pearl dust. My daughter wanted a cake to put tinkerbell on so this is what we came up with minus tinkerbell (put it on when we got to the party place). We were both thrilled with the outcome. Thanks for looking.
