I did this for my friends wedding (my 3rd Wedding Cake!). The theme was aqua and purple. The top cake is white chocolate mud cake, the bottom chocolate mud (very yummy). A few chocolate ganache layers in each cake, then covered in white sugar paste. I was happy with how it turned out (although the back is where I hid the sugar past creases etc... I'm slowly getting the hang of how to cover it).
