A book cake that I made for a little boy who loves Eric Carle books. I did his two favorite characters. White cake with chocolate filling and icing and chocolate cake with white filling and icing. Buttercream with all decorations hand painted sheets of fondant cut out as a mosaics just like Eric Carle illustrations. Very time consuming but so much fun! Thanks for looking.
