Made this for one of my girlfriends 30th surprise birthday party and it was my first ever shoe attempt (very pleased with the outcome). Cake is Neopalitian Tiered (White Top, Strawberry Middle, and Chocolate Bottom), covered in SatinIce Fondant, Shoe is Gumpaste, and I used real ribbon....had a heck of a time trying to use SatinIce for those details and finally gave up.
