My friend was having a chocolate theme for her 40th-6,9 and 12 inch- white chocolate with white chocolate liquer mousse fillig and white choc. smbc/caramel (for the non chocolate eaters-who are they?) with caramel filling and caramel smbc/chcooclate with khalua mousse and chocolate smbc. I took a stab at making the truffles...and ended up buying Lindt and Ferrero Rocher instead :)
