This is a multilayered chocolate and vanilla cake. The first layer is a 16 inch chocolate circle. The teddy bear was baked from a butter recipe and serves as the second layer. It is iced in butter cream and decorated in colored butter cream and candy pieces. I used a star tip on the icing bag to give texture.
