This cake is 3 tiers, 6 for top 8 for middle and 10 for the bottom with white whipped icing. Poinsettias are white and burgundy/red and are the edible gumpaste also the holly leaves are gumpaste!! This is the cake that I did for my own wedding , it was a Christmas/Poinsettia wedding and I was happy with the result! There is no way that I was going to pay someone to do my cake when I do cakes myself!
