4 tier all cherry almond cake with marionberry filling covered in MMF. Pears were hand made with gumpaste and sprayed to add shimmer. This was my first square cake and first time molding pears and there were 40 of them. When I delivered the wedding planner said it was the best cake she saw all year.. made me feel good since I only do cakes for friends and family!!
