This mini cake i made using 3 tipe of icing , butter cream , fondant and royal icing . first i use butter cream to cover mini cake and than i use rolled fondant after smooth i use royal icing for the strip , daisy i make one day before from gumpaste . the flavor of the cake is chocolate , and the plates , i buy from local shop in Singapore thank you for your compliment , i still learning cake decoration :) inspired by Peggy Porchen , thanks for the Idea , i love them :)
