Angela, yes it is luster dust mixed with lemon extract - would have used vodka but my friends used all that up at my holiday party! :D

These are lovely-one of my favorite color combinations! And I have the same issue when I do my luster dust-the vodka always mysteriously dissappears! :o :lol:
