Wasn't sure how to execute this cake, but this is what I came up with. Made for a BD boy who owns a race horse and had his bd at the horse races. 2-11x15 cakes carved covered in bc and fondant. Spectator stand is RK treats covered in fondant. Horses and jockey's made from fondant. Dirt is oreo crumbs. TFL
