Had a heckuva time carving the requested carrot cake into this ... definitely a pound-cake sort of task next time. So, carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and everything in MMF, white buttercream "fluff" on the hat rim and the collar. Had a lot of fun with it, though! :) Thanks for looking!
