Fondant covered "gifts" with gumpaste bows and my first attempt at a gumpaste poinsettia. From bottom left to right , clockwise, Spice cake w/cream cheese frosting, white cake w/ raspberry filling, dark chocolate w/ chocolate and ganache filling, and white cake with vanilla buttercream. All Covered with fondant. ( Still need practice ! ) Thanks for Looking and Happy Holidays to all !
