Baby shower cake

Made for a baby shower at work. Didn't know if the baby was a boy or a girl so I tried to make it gender neutral. All buttercream with fondant decorations.

Very cute! Can I ask you what you used to hold together the wheels to the carriage? Do you think gumpaste glue would work?
