You said in your note that this cake was ugly at first, I can't imagine it ever being ugly. It is absolutely stunning. I love it. I've never heard of the Fancy Nancy book, but now I want to go and buy one for my granddaughter. Oh, and I love your kitchen in the background too, beautiful!
