This cake was really the culmination of wanting to try this kind of topsy turvy, the quilting technique on buttercream, a blue and white combo and using the dragees (I've loved these since I was a kid). Nex time I do one ,I will take progress picts and post a tutorial. Thank you again :D

this looks perfect! very good execution. how did you prop up the layers? i am trying to rig up a stand for a cake set up like yours but can't figure out how much of an angle to do it.
