This was my daughter's 2nd birthday cake. At the time she was obsessed w/ Maisy the mouse. Since her party was 2 weeks after I had her brother, I made the royal icing flowers ahead of time. Then, I just made a simple buttercream covered cake and stuck the flowers on. There weren't any Maisy themed products available so I made the topper out of color flow.
