Christmas Birthday Cake
This is a chocolate cake with White Chocolate/Peppermint Bettercreme frosting and filling with chopped Andes' Peppermint Crunch Thins in the filling. The santa hat is a chocolate/mint cake ball covered in candy melts with RI for the brim and candy clay for the pom pom, both covered in clear sugar crystals.
