My 91 year old dad asked if he could voluteer me to make a cake for the assisted living facility he lives in for their Christmas Open House. I suspect he wanted bragging rights! I designed this cake to represent ten Christmas carols. It was iced in buttercream with fondant, gumpaste,and white chocolate accents, and a graham cracker creche. It served 220 and had six different flavors of cake.
