Most of the flowers are royal; some fondant pressed into a mold. Cake is iced in buttercream. Gumpaste bows & lace (trim on sugar molded vase). In the vase all flowers (mostly lilies & roses) & leaves are royal on toothpicks and stuck into a small styrofoam ball. 6 large royal scrolls finish off the design.
