Buttercream with fondant star, Joseph, Mary, and Jesus...I was asked to make a Happy Birthday Jesus cake for my son's 4 yr. old preschool...I wasn't sure what to do...this is what I came up with...pretty good for a free cake, but I wasn't happy that the buttercream cracked. I used the Viva recipe which I have many times before...oh well, I guess it just gives it an older feel. Any comments are helpful....Thanks,
