Gingerbread--The Swan King on Cake Central

I had to recreate the pattern I lost--but the new one seemed to work. pretty well. The gingerbread body is baked over a small metal bowl. I shaped and baked the wings and tail over crumbled tin foil. The crown is made with royal icing pipe over a pattern on an upside down funnel. I painted him all in royal icing and then piped on a feather pattern.
