Thank you all for the wonderful compliments. To make these I used half a styrofoam ball pushed down in the coffee mug and just used 2 toothpicks to attach each MINI cupcake. They were decorated after being attached. Greenery is just shredded paper. I used buttercream icing. TFL! :)
