I made this cake for a holiday party. The hat brim is a double cake board (for added thickness). The 4-layered cake is covered in fondant. Snow family (supposed to be my hubby, myself and daughter) are sculpted from fondant as well as snowflakes coated in edible glitter for alittle snow pizazz!! The holly leaf is out of Mexican paste which I made in a class with Kim Morrison. Happy Ho-Ho-Holidays!!! ~~ Jaime
