My best friend is graduating from nursing school today, so I wanted to do something special for her. Cakes are covered in MMF and hand painted to look like real books she used. Stethoscope and nurses hat are made from fondant and gumpaste. I didnt start baking this cake until 4p.m. and finished at 12 midnight. I was tired when I was done!
