This was my finale cake for my Wilton Fondant and Gumpaste class. I copied this cake from one I saw here on Cake Central. It's hard to tell from this picture, but the top is slanted. That was challenging but I really liked trying it. I need to get myself a fondant smoother, because it looks all lumps, but my buttercream was pretty smooth.
