6" vanilla cake (used the new Vanilla 1/2 Sugar Cake mix) topped with Diabetic icing from the recipe section here. Layered Filling with sliced strawberries, fresh strawberries on top. Asked the gentleman, if he liked it and he said the frosting was especially good. I tasted the cake myself and I couldn't tell it was half splenda. Good for the waistline as well.
