My husband & I both have quads. We love riding at the sand dunes and up north. I did this cake for his birthday. I brought riding up north and the dunes to the theme of this cake. I had to cut off part of the cake (to fit in freezer) & used it for the 'sand dune hill' for the quad to go up. I used choc candies for the rocks around the lake. I used coconut flavored buttercream frosting and made a vanilla cake with crushed pineapple in it. Border in front got a little smooshed from trying to fit in freezer.
