Seeing me on cake central quite often, my daughter wanted me to make a cake like Nunuk's rectangle princess cake. Since I have never iced a cake in buttercream before, I thought I should try a small one first. This is the result. Nowhere near Nunuk's though. I need lots of practice smoothing my BC. I did not have dark pink paper for the stars and did not want to make them out of fondant, so used light pink, so it becomes a bit dull. would like to have some feedback if you could. Thanks
