This cake was fun to do. It was inspired by many of the cakes here at CC with some changes that I made to make it my own. I used the cobblestone pattern on the fondant skirt. I only used this one because it is the only pattern I have. It probably would have been cuter with a vine or floral pattern. I tried to carve the cake to make it look a little more contoured like the hourglass shape, but I was a little too nervous and was a little too conservative. You can hardly tell that it has shape to it.
