Chocolate & Roses Anniversary Cake

Chocolate Cake, dobash filling, covered in chocolate fondant, chocolate royal icing and real roses and babies breath. The happy couple wanted to fullfill their chocolate fantasies on this anniversary. I think this helped!

Great cake! Did you make the chocolate fondant from scratch? if so can you share the recipe?

actually this isn't fondant, this is rolled buttercream. I did make that from scratch (just add cocoa powder in with the powdered sugar to make it chocolate)
