I wasn't too pleased with this final result of this one, but I do like the smoke going into the number, so I thought I would share it anyway. I had tried all sorts of new methods on this one: high ratio shortening in the frosting, chocolate clay for the shapes and decorations, cake crumbs for the "dirt" under the RR tracks.
