This was a fudge marble cake with buttercream icing, royal icing animals that I made for my grandson's first birthday. My D-IL made most of the farm animals. Since they are stationed in Clovis, NM, the farm animal theme was so appropriate. The barn was used for the smash cake, and it was a smash with my grandson! The idea came from one of Wilton's yearbooks. Thanks for looking!
