This was a fun cake to do. It was for a girls graduation as a chiropractor. Bottom layer choc, with choc mousse covered in TB, choc BC, middle is white/choc/ Rasp, rasp filling covered in BC, chamapgne with champagne creamcheese filling, lemon with raspberry filling.Covered in MMF and accents. The skelatons were to represent her being a chiropractor. TFL.
