I was asked to make a Christmas Present Cake for Christmas. So, I practiced. This is the first time I have decorated a square cake and box. I am not a fan of corners! Its a 5X5 square gingerbread cake with buttercream icing. All the accents, including the Christmas Balls are fondant.
