This is my very first attempt at a major cake project. It's a simple white cake with fondant decorations over frosting. I will forever laugh at my girl friend who told me that coloring won't stain my hands because I'd forgotten gloves and I've had lavender hands for 2 days! (I think she did it on purpose. LOL!) And it took me two attempts at a bow but I'm finally happy with this one. Leveling? Who mentioned that to me??? Ended up doing it by hand with a big knife!
