I loved this idea from the other cakes on here, I finally got to try it! But I couldn't find any instructions on here so this is what I did: I used Mini marshmellows that I cut with my scissors that I use for roses, then I put all the cut white 'popcorn' in a bowl and air brushed it while tossing it. I added it one piece at a time to the frosted cupcakes, I took my torch lightly to the top of each cupcake, some did catch fire but I put it out quickly, I think it added the real effect, hand colored wax cups
