Sarah for her 7th birthday wanted to adopt an orphaned baby elephant in lieu of gifts this year. So I was inspired to find an Elephant cake w/a more grown up sensibility. This cake is completely copied from jackieLowson.

Lemon Cake with fresh peach-raspberry filling. Frosting is Golden yellow buttercream. Brushed w/a layer of Gold Luster dust, three layer airbrush with burnt orange, yellow and red. The silouttes are dark chocolate.
